The E-flite Habu STS 70mm EDF is an incredibly easy-to-fly RC jet. It features exclusive SAFE technology and Spektrum Smart components, making it the perfect choice for new pilots as their first RC plane, as well as a great first EDF for any RC pilot!

With its unique and optimized airframe design, the Habu STS improves low speed handling and slow speed performance. This means that you can successfully learn to fly radio-controlled (RC) airplanes with a jet.

Based on the highly acclaimed Habu3S and 4S compatible 70-amp telemetry-capable ESC, this aircraft provides an exceptional flying experience. You can even practice flying it on the RealFlight simulator.

The PNP (Plug-N-Play) completion level allows you to choose your desired receiver, battery, and radio. You can easily finish any necessary assembly and start flying right away!

SAFE Technology Makes Flight Easy:

This aircraft is equipped with SAFE technology, providing multiple flight modes to suit different skill levels:

Beginner Mode: - Pitch and bank angle limits prevent over-control - The airplane automatically returns to level flight when the control sticks are released - Makes takeoff and landing easier

Intermediate Mode: - Offers more freedom in pitch and bank, while still preventing significant over-control

Experienced Mode: - No pitch or bank angle limits - Allows for flexibility to fly inverted (upside down) and perform aerobatic maneuvers, such as loops, rolls, and stall turns

PANIC RECOVERY: - With the switch to Beginner Mode and releasing the sticks, the aircraft will automatically return to level flight if you lose control in Intermediate or Experienced modes.

Capable Gear:

The Habu STS is equipped with wide-stance tricycle landing gear. With the addition of a steerable nose wheel and oversized tires, it offers improved ground handling and easier takeoffs and landings on various surfaces, including paved runways, grass, and dirt.

This combination delivers ample thrust using a 3S LiPo battery, or even more power and speed with an optional 4S battery, without the need for modifications or upgrades.

Constructed with advanced EPO material, the Habu STS is lightweight yet durable. It can handle the rigors of everyday flying without becoming easily damaged. Additionally, a full line of replacement parts is readily available for any necessary repairs.
